The team is made up of 1 person: Myself, Jean-François, who is at the same time secretary, accountant, director, after-sales service technician, Webmaster, commercial and above all seller of emotions under the siret number 82204618100019. All that is Diamond or Sapphire, I control. For all that is cartridge or reading head, I call on a friend Richard who also has his own small business.

I imagined a wanteda website without advertising, without inopportune banners so that everyone can easily find their diamond or sapphire to revive  their vinyl turntable, record player, record player or record player.

 

The creation of the site required more than 4 years of work, including 3 for referencing. It has developed over the years. When it was created in 2015, there were only 2 tabs... Then it was enriched following your comments, your suggestions by the photos, FAQ, Video and online store tabs. It is constantly evolving. There is still work to do and I am aware of it. There is in particular the problem of slowness to solve on certain pages but when you are not in the game it is complicated...

 

To date, I have more than 6800 parts in stock and more than 980 different references. Scalable stock because I sometimes buy and save old stock of spare parts. I mainly sell diamonds and sapphires made more than 25 years ago. Thus, I am certain that there is no possible counterfeit and a preserved sound quality.

 

Offering diamonds and cells is not my main activity (Even if I spend several hours not a day there), I prefer to be contacted by email or SMS in order to take the time to answer each question as soon as I have a time available. In the morning before work, in the evening after work, on weekends, during my days off and even during my holidays...

 

The shipment of products is generally made the day after the order by letter followed. This is why you come across a 4L every day if you are near the Chauray post office in Deux Sèvres.

 

For the record, a few months ago my daughter told me that the 4L sounds like grandpa! So I asked him what would it take to make it look young and hip? She replied that it would take a white one with stickers. I searched for several months and one morning near Limoges, I found the rare pearl. The 80,000 km car that never slept outside.  And 2 or 3 stickers later, here it is.   ;o)
